Below is key information about how and when your order will reach you, so you can plan for your new water cup’s arrival.

Order Processing

  1. All water cup orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing includes verifying your order details, checking product stock (e.g., confirming the color/size of your insulated cup is available), and preparing your item for shipment (including secure packaging to prevent damage).
  2. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or public holidays will be processed the next business day. For example, an order placed on a Friday evening will begin processing on Monday.
  3. Once your water cup order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details—this includes a link to monitor your package’s journey, so you’ll know when to expect your new cup.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We currently offer standard shipping for all water cup orders within the United States. This method is chosen to balance speed and affordability, ensuring your cup arrives without unnecessary delays.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after your order is shipped. For example, if your order ships on Monday, you can expect to receive your water cup between the following Monday and Thursday.
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location (e.g., remote areas may take 1–2 extra days) or the carrier’s current volume (e.g., busy holiday seasons like back-to-school or Christmas may cause minor delays).

Free US Shipping

ipportables is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. water cup orders—there is no minimum purchase required. Whether you’re buying one compact travel mug or multiple family-sized insulated cups, you won’t pay extra for shipping.

No Sales Tax

  • We do not charge any sales tax on any water cup orders. This means the price you see at checkout (e.g., $24.99 for a 20oz sports water cup) is the final price—no hidden fees, surprise taxes, or additional charges will be added after you place your order.

Tracking Your Order

  • After your water cup order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page (e.g., USPS, FedEx). You can use this link to check your package’s status anytime (e.g., “In transit,” “Out for delivery,” “Delivered”).
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order is shipped. Carriers need time to scan the package into their system, so if the link doesn’t work immediately, check back later.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address (including street number, apartment/unit number, city, and ZIP code) before placing your order. A missing unit number or typos (e.g., “Main St” vs. “Main Rd”) can lead to delayed or lost packages—especially for small items like water cups, which may be harder to redirect.
  • ipportables is not responsible for lost packages, delivery delays, or returned items caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address after ordering, contact us immediately (see “Need Help?” below) and we’ll do our best to update it before shipment—once the package is in transit, we may not be able to adjust the address.
