Refund and Returns Policy
At ipportables, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every water cup purchase. Whether you’re buying an insulated water bottle for daily commutes, a sports water cup for workouts, or a portable mug for travel, we strive to deliver products that meet your expectations. If you encounter any issues with your order, our team is here to help resolve them promptly.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your water cup order if:
- The water cup is damaged upon arrival (e.g., cracked body, broken lid, leaking seal, or defective insulation).
- The water cup is unusable (e.g., lid cannot be sealed properly, straw is missing or broken, or the cup fails to function as described).
- The water cup is not the same as shown or described (e.g., wrong color, incorrect size, mismatched material, or missing features like a handle or straw).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ipportables.com. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue (e.g., “Insulated water cup leaks from the lid”), and clear photos/videos of the problem (showing the defect, product label, and original packaging if possible) for faster processing.
Refund Process
- After receiving your returned water cup, our team will inspect it within 3 business days to verify the issue.
- We will notify you via email of the refund approval or rejection (with reasons for rejection, if applicable).
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Alipay) within 5 business days. Note: Refund processing time may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.
- Once the refund is successfully processed, we will send a confirmation email to your registered address.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet the eligibility criteria above. You will receive a full refund of the product’s purchase price (excluding non-refundable shipping fees, if applicable).
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged water cup, wrong item sent, or product defect), we will cover all return shipping costs. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email—simply pack the product and drop it off at the designated courier location.
- For other return reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size chosen by you, or no longer needing the product), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team after your return request is approved.
Return Conditions
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please meet the following conditions:
- The water cup must be in original condition: Unused, unwashed, and free of scratches, stains, or signs of wear. All original accessories (e.g., lids, straws, cleaning brushes) and packaging (box, plastic wrap, tags) must be intact and returned with the product.
- You must obtain prior approval from our customer support team before shipping the item back. Returns sent without authorization may be rejected or delayed.
- Please include a copy of your order confirmation email or a note with your order number inside the return package to help us identify your order quickly.
